Heading back to work after a long winter break is never fun. Thanks to MLK Jr., not only did the US improve racial equality but some of us also got a pretty sweet three day weekend to celebrate this awesome man's greatness. This is why we think, in honor of the Reverend, you should head to The Gallery at Eastern Standard to take a class and raise a glass.
On January 17th, the Fenway hot spot will host a day of classes such as the Scents Memory or the Punches for Parties, in which you'll be able to watch demo's and enjoy tastings. So basically it'll be just like your college courses except this time you won't have to hide your flask in your back pack…

In the Scents Memory course from 2pm-3pm, you'll swirl and sniff various wines in order to create a memory library of the wines, solely by smell. Don't worry drunky; you'll also be able to taste the wines as well.
In the Punches for Parties course, from 5pm-6pm, Bar Manager, Naomi Levy, will teach customers about easy recipes to create the perfect party punch bowl.

With each class only costing $40, you and your bro's will be able to learn a lot, drink a lot, and hear some killer tunes.
Now that sounds like a great way to celebrate Mr. King.
