Food trucks have taken reign over Boston in recent years. From foodies to time-crunched business people, food trucks have become a trusted lunch staple all over the city. The trucks offer creative, specialty foods and each creates its own loyal fan base that tracks them on social media. Some have been so successful that they have since opened brick and mortar locations.

Smoothie lovers and clean eaters love Mother Juice. The truck, which is usually parked at SOWA on the weekends, offers freshly blended, organic juices. It’s hard to escape the “green juice” health craze that is all over the blogosphere this season, but after trying a Mother Juice, it is easy to see why juicing is so popular. The juices are both refreshing and healthy. Mother Juice is opening its first brick and mortar location in July of 2014 after hosting a successful kick starter campaign this spring.
