Boston Casting is actually not a talent agency, but strictly a casting house. In other words, they don’t represent young talent as agents; they work with local agents and individuals to cast feature films and commercials. They keep the headshots and resumes of local child actors on file and arrange casting calls. Boston Casting also holds open calls for specific roles, which they post on their website.
Boston Casting helps develop young talent as well, holding headshot clinics, classes in acting for the camera, musical theater and improv for TV and film.
