Wahl, Fernandez Lift Sounders Past Revolution, 2-1

Tyson Wahl and Alvaro Fernandez scored six minutes apart late in the first half Sunday to rally the Seattle Sounders to a 2-1 victory over the New England Revolution.

Timbers Earn First MLS Point, Tie Revolution

Jack Jewsbury scored in the 38th minute and the expansion Portland Timbers earned their first point in Major League Soccer with a 1-1 tie at the New England Revolution on Saturday night.
