“Most Wanted” Fugitive Caught In PA

A man wanted for attempted murder in Massachusetts has been captured in Pennsylvania a few days after being featured on “America’s Most Wanted.” Pennsylvania State Police say 20-year-old Richard Sam, of Lowell, Mass., was arrested Thursday at a mushroom growing business in Kennett Square, Chester County.
