6 Newest Members Of The National Baseball Hall Of Fame

Taking place in Cooperstown, NY, six baseball players/managers will be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The official induction ceremony will take place Sunday, July 27th.

Schilling’s Bloody Sock Sold For Over $90,000

A bloody sock worn by Curt Schilling while pitching for the Boston Red Sox in Game 2 of the 2004 World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals was sold for $92,613 at a live auction on Saturday night at the Fletcher-Sinclair Mansion.

Abraham On Toucher & Rich: Why Did No One Make The Hall Of Fame?

The National Baseball Hall of Fame announced that no player on the Hall of Fame ballot had gotten enough votes to make it in this year. This was the first time since 1996 and only the second since 1971 that this has ever happened. Peter Abraham joined Toucher & Rich to discuss why players like Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Sammy Sosa and Mike Piazza didn’t get it.
