The investigation into who spray painted a home with racial graffiti last month has turned toward the family who lives there.

Lunenburg Police: No Evidence Linking High School Football Players To Racist Graffiti

Lunenburg police announced Monday that there is no conclusive evidence that anyone on the high school football team is linked to racist graffiti sprayed on the home of a player last month.

The school committee in Lunenburg is standing by its decision to cancel the high school’s popular thanksgiving football game after racist graffiti was sprayed on the house of an 8th grade player.

At a meeting Wednesday night, players, parents, and community members all appealed to the committee that the whole team should not be punished.
