Rhode Island’s governor says former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling’s video game company has been less than forthcoming about its financial health.
Curt Schilling’s troubled video game company failed to pay its employees on Thursday and sent a bad check for a $1.1 million loan payment to the state, according to WPRI-TV.
They had gathered at the Statehouse, hoping to sing “O Christmas Tree” over Governor Lincoln Chafee’s speech.
The Democratic candidate for Rhode Island governor said President Barack Obama can “shove it” after learning Obama would not endorse him.
