Felger and Massarotti were joined by Paul Kelly, former Executive Director of the National Hockey League Players’ Association, to discuss the end of the NHL Lockout.
Felger and Massarotti opened the day talking about the NHL Lockout and recent failed meetings between the players and owners. Boston Bruins radio announcer, Dave Goucher is in on headlines today and joined in on the conversation.
The NHL and NHLPA are attempting to schedule a meeting without NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and NHLPA executive director Donald Fehr.
According to commissioner Gary Bettman, the NHL proposed a 50-50 split of hockey-related revenue, as well as an 82-game season that would begin Nov. 2. Bruins play-by-play announcer Dave Goucher joined Toucher & Rich to discuss the reality of what this all could mean.
Might we all get to see an 82-game NHL season after all?
