Boston Street Renamed 71 Years After Deadly Cocoanut Grove Fire

The city of Boston is marking the 71st anniversary of the deadly Cocoanut Grove nightclub fire that killed 492 people by renaming the street where the club was once located.

70 Years Later Cocoanut Grove Still Considered Deadliest Night Club Fire

To this day, the Cocoanut Grove fire that killed 492 people in downtown Boston is still considered the deadliest night club fire in United States history.
