Prosecutors say a New Hampshire teen who was kidnapped in October 2013 waited until a week after she was home to reveal her alleged captor’s identity.
Investigators want to move Nathaniel Kibby’s trailer and storage unit from his home but lawyers for Abby Hernandez’s accused kidnapper want it kept in place.

Police have released a sketch of a man wanted for questioning in the disappearance of Abigail Hernandez in New Hampshire.
A 15-year-old girl from Conway, New Hampshire who was missing for nine months is now back home with her family. But investigators are saying little about what led to the safe return of Abby Hernandez on Sunday.
“The facts and circumstances surrounding Abigail’s disappearance continue to be actively investigated,” said a statement from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office. “Further details will be provided once it has been determined that releasing additional information will not compromise the integrity of the on-going criminal investigation.”
