It’s been a busy off-season for reliever Sandy Rosario. He’s been claimed off waivers by the Red Sox twice, only to be shipped elsewhere each time. He was first claimed from the Miami Marlins in October, designated for assignment on November 20, and sent to the Oakland A’s a week later.
