Squinkies are soft, small figures that “live” in bubbles. There are several homes for these bubbles including a cupcake bake shop, gumball playhouse and a tea time playset. The figures can also be made into rings or pencil toppers. Each are sold separately and cost between $10 and $20.

The Stealth Riders are named that because they’re so small. They fit in your pocket, and are controlled by remote. There are several models and each cost about $25.

Lego Minotaurus

There are several varieties of Lego games with many themes and age levels. They’re board games made of Lego pieces. Using the pegs, pieces and little figures you work to accomplish a goal while disrupting your opponent’s play. They cost between $20 and $30.

Loopz

Think Simon with music and hand motions and you’ll get Loopz. Rather than holding the game in your hand or lap, Loopz stands on a surface. There are several options within the one game, whether you want to play a memory game on your own or challenge a partner. You can also build songs one note at a time by repeating what the game plays for you. Loopz costs between $25 and $30.

Monster High

Think Barbie in a horror movie and you’ll get the cast of characters from Monster High. These dolls are fashioned after horror and monster movies and dress the part. Just like with Barbie they have accessories and have names. Each doll costs between $25 and $30.

Nerf N-Strike Stampede Blaster

The Nerf N-Strike Stampede Blaster takes Nerf guns to a whole new level. Using the power of six D batteries, the gun can fire three darts a second and can load clips which hold either six or 18 darts. The blaster costs $44.

Paper Jamz

Paper Jamz are paper thin guitars and drums that can create their own music or play along with loaded songs. Each have four settings -- Perfect Play, Rhythm, Freestyle, and Karaoke. Kids can play chords or just strum – or hit – their own tune. There’s a built in speaker or you can purchase an amp. Guitars and Drums each run about $25.

Pillow Pets

Pillow Pets are just like what they sound like, a plush stuffed animal that seconds as a pillow. The pillows fold into stuffed animals and can easily expand during travel, naptime, or whenever needed. There are a variety of styles and they are priced between $16 and $25.

Real Construction

Real Construction gives kids a chance to build their own birdhouses, pirate ships or anything else they can imagine without having to use real saws, hammers or nails. The Styrofoam-type building material can be easily cut with a safe saw and nailed with safe nails. Kits are priced anywhere between $30 and $50.

Singamajigs

Sing-a-Ma-Jigs are small plush toys that sing. They can chatter, sing their own song or harmonize with other Sing-a-Ma-Jigs. Their price starts at $10, and sometimes are sold in bundles.
