Sera Congi is a general assignment reporter for WBZ-TV News. Before joining the station in April 2005, Congi served for ten years as a reporter and anchor at WCAX, the CBS affiliate in Burlington, Vermont.
During her time at WCAX, Congi received multiple honors for “Best Newscast.” She received the New England Edward R. Murrow Award for a documentary on presidential candidate Howard Dean, and earned several Associated Press Awards for her coverage on health care policy.
A graduate from Baruch College, City University of New York, Congi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She currently resides in Brookline, MA.
