Dave Andelman
Dave started Phantom Gourmet in 1993. During that time, he completed a 4 year JD/MBA program at Northeastern University. Dave is single, lives alone and eats out for every single meal. He’s a trained boxer known outside the squared circle as the Great White Hopeless.  Dave is an avid historian with a concentration on the great General Gao’s transformation from a fierce leader on the battlefield to a culinary genius. Often mistaken as The Situation from “Jersey Shore,” Dave takes pride in being the tallest and tannest of the Andelman brothers with the greasiest hair.

Dan Andelman
Dan is the host of the Phantom Gourmet on TV38 and its Executive Producer.  Known for his great wit, incredible restaurant knowledge and bad hair, Dan is the most gourmet of the Andelman brothers. He has never passed on a passed hors d’oeuvres. Like most Bavarians and hobbits, Dan is a staunch supporter of Second Breakfast. NASA claims on a clear day you can see his overly-sized cranium through satellite technology.  When he is not eating Fluffernutters, he enjoys watching television in his palatial Wellesley estate with no furniture.
