Bradley Jay is the host of WBZ’s Jay Talking, weekday overnights from midnight to 5am on WBZ NewsRadio 1030. It’s a talk show for everybody. You don’t have to be a political junkie. You don’t have to be a sports fanatic. You don’t have to be an expert in anything. All you have do is care about the daily dilemmas that we all face as New Englanders. IT IS THE TALK SHOW FOR THE REST OF US. It is meant for regular folks who want to get their views out to other regular folks.
Bradley’s unique background and dedication to his craft make him one of the freshest voices in talk radio today.
He grew up in very rural New Hampshire. Bradley trained and worked as a surgical technician before enrolling at the University of New Hampshire. There he studied communication, economics, and philosophy, and was involved with WUNH radio. He moved to Boston immediately after graduation and got his first-big city radio experience at WZBC, Boston College. Shortly thereafter Mr. Jay landed a job at the top rock station in Boston, WBCN and was honored by being chosen to do the final show ever at “The Rock Of Boston. Memorable events in Bradley’s career include broadcasting live from Moscow, interviewing celebrities at the Grammy Awards, writing for the Atlantic Monthly Online, and making music. Bradley Jay’s album “Drive ” is available on iTunes.
Bradley also hosts, shoots, and edits a weekly man-on-the-street Jay Talking video featuring face to face responses to the question of the week.
