Why is that the CAYFL by laws require a Two year written notice for a team to withdraw from the league but they don’t have to follow the same rule to remove a team. Article ll paragraph 3 on page 3 of the bylaws. In the 36 pages of the bylaws I didn’t find rules for the league to follow to remove a team. I’M CURIOUS.
