Boston Area Baseball On A Budget

Everyone loves friendly Fenway Park, but not only are tickets expensive (especially for the whole family!), they can be very difficult to come by if you aren't a season ticket holder.Luckily, the Boston-area is home to several wonderful minor league baseball teams, which are easy to travel to, reasonably priced, and completely family-friendly. It's a great way to introduce your kids to professional baseball, without the hassle or expense of Fenway Park. It's also a great way to spend a night outdoors and be entertained by the baseball on the field and wild antics off the field. All of these parks are within an hour radius of Boston, and with the decreased traffic and easy parking, will probably be an even quicker trip than Fenway! - By Jodi Grundig
