Who is behind the MASSIVE traffic jam at the ONLY entrance/exit to the South Shore Park in hingham the afternoon of 11/911? If there was an emergency at this exit, it could be a disaster. Is this office park safe. Mass highway/ Hingham really blew this one. Someone sholud lose their job over this major bungle. What usually takes less than 5 minutes took over an hour today.
