DUXBURY (CBS) – Firefighters in survival suits rescued a dog that was stuck in a Duxbury marsh Saturday morning.
Just before 10 a.m., a dog became stuck in the mud about a quarter mile into the marsh off of Onion Hill Road.
Two firefighters in rescue suits were able to reach the dog and rescue it within about 20 minutes.
Neither the dog nor firefighters was injured.
The dog, a golden doodle, had run off from its owner. They were reunited after the rescue.
