Concord Boy Hit By Train Dies
CONCORD (CBS) -- The 15-year-old Concord Carlisle High School student hit by a train Friday night has died.
Transit Police say Sophomore Dylan Smyth was riding his bicycle across the tracks at the West Concord Rail Station when he was struck by a commuter train.
Smyth was taken to the hospital where he died Saturday afternoon.
Foul play is not suspected even though the incident is still under investigation.
Concord School Superintendent Laurie Hunter says grief counselors will be available for students.
