BOSTON (CBS) - Finding affordable rent is a challenge for prospective apartment seekers in major cities, especially here in Boston. Based on a list from Smart Asset, Boston ranks third after New York and San Francisco, for the income needed to pay rent. Rising rents and stagnant wages creates a burden for locals and prospective transplants. Should there be more done at the federal level? Is it just an economic reality we have to face?
