NightSide - Free After 36 Years in Prison

BOSTON (CBS) - Frederick Weichel of South Boston was convicted in 1981 for the murder of a Braintree man. He was released on bail yesterday after the judge discovered that the evidence of a police report was omitted that could've possibly exonerated him. In Dan's view, Fred's case is one of "actual innocence." Fred will be joining NightSide tonight to discuss this case and his newfound freedom!
