NightSide - Is Our Military Depleted?

BOSTON (CBS) - President Trump made increasing military spending a point of emphasis throughout the campaign. Now that he has taken over as Commander-in-Chief, he is looking to make good on that promise and has announced plans for an increase of almost $100 billion. Tom Spoehr, director of the Center for National Defense at The Heritage Foundation, checks in with Dan to explain why the boost in military spending is so badly needed.
