Man Fatally Struck By Commuter Rail Train In Attleboro On Christmas Eve
ATTLEBORO (CBS) – A man in his 30s was struck and killed by a Commuter Rail train in Attleboro Saturday night.
Transit police said the male was trespassing on Track 1 near 700 South Main St. at about 10 p.m. Christmas Eve. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office is investigating the incident, but foul play is not suspected.
