Over/Under: How Many Combined Wins For Chris Sale, David Price, And Rick Porcello?

BOSTON (CBS) -- It was an Over/Under Tuesday for Adam Jones and Ryan Johnston on 98.5 The Sports Hub. They addressed the Red Sox's blockbuster Chris Sale trade, as well as topic surrounding the Bruins and Celtics. Here are the questions and Jones' answers below.

Red Sox payroll in 2017: $195 million

"I hope they're over," Jones said. "If you're going to sit here and operate under the guise of, 'We're all in,' then go all-in. Really go out there and add to this team."

Number of combined wins for Chris Sale, David Price, and Rick Porcello: 53.5

"All three of those guys should approach 20 wins," said Jones. "That feels about right for those three. ... They should be able to get over that number, assuming health."

Combined playoff wins for Sale, Price, and Porcello: 0.5

"I guess at first, you have to assume the Red Sox make the playoffs. I think they will," said Jones. "I'll say Chris Sale gets one, sure. Chris Sale is going to come out and pitch well in the postseason."

Goals for David Pastrnak: 39.5

"I'm going to go over on that number, too," said Jones. "If he's going to play with Bergeron and Marchand all year - and I see no reason for Claude to move him - he's going to have the first 40-goal season since Glen Murray in [2002-03]."

Celtics playoff seed: 2.5

"I'm going over, which means they will be the No. 2 seed. I'm going to stick with my preseason prediction," said Jones. "I kind of hate how [the Celtics] have played so far this year. They have not been impressive at all to me. ... That said, they're third in the East as of today and they're only two games behind Toronto."
