BOSTON (CBS) - Dr. Roger Kligler is a retired physician from Falmouth who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. A longtime advocate for expanding end-of-life options, Dr. Kligler has filed a lawsuit arguing that it is his constitutional right to have access to a lethal dose of medication should he decide that he'd like to use it. Dr. Kligler and his wife talk with Dan about this difficult choice and why they feel that it should be up to the patient.
