BOSTON (CBS) - Every year, more and more voters take advantage of early voting options and cast their ballots prior to Election Day. But is this a smart move? What happens if there is a major development or news story in the last couple of weeks before the election? Could reporting early results discourage voters from getting to the polls on November 8th? Does early voting open up more chances for fraud to be committed?
