Report Of Sexual Assault At Boston University Prompts Campus-Wide Alert

BOSTON (CBS) -- Boston University Police issued a campus-wide alert Sunday night following a report of a sexual assault that occurred in one of the dorms.

The assault reportedly occurred at the dormitory Warren Towers on Commonwealth Avenue early Sunday morning.

Police learned about the assault around 3p.m. on Sunday. Police did not give a name or description of the suspect.

The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with any information is asked to call Boston University Police.
