NightSide - PC Police VS. Halloween

BOSTON (CBS) - The University of Florida has told students who feel offended by Halloween costumes to report the matter to a response team in a memo recently sent out. The school has also told students to use good judgement when choosing their costumes and have opened up a 24/7 hotline to anyone who is disturbed by a costume. Do you believe these are proper measures for Halloween costumes? Is this just the PC police run amuck?
