Pet Parade: Scituate Animal Shelter

BOSTON (CBS) -- Three dogs up for adoption from Scituate Animal Shelter were featured on the Pet Parade Sunday.

Tater Tot is an 8-year-old poodle mix who was brought to the shelter because his owner passed away. He's very friendly and easy-going, and would do well in just about any house--he gets along very well with cats, dogs, and kids! He has kidney disease, so his owners would need to be able to provide him with a special diet, though it's not much more expensive than a regular one.

Mr. Bear is a mellow and easy-going three-year-old pekinese. He is very sweet and affectionate! He would probably prefer to be the only dog in his new home.

Rio is a cute little guy, but he had to be separated from the others because he barks at other dogs! He's a five-year-old Chihuahua-terrier mix. He loves people, but he's a bit shy, and should probably go to a quiet home with no other animals.
