$1 Million Powerball Prize Remains Unclaimed Nearly One Year After Drawing
EAST SPRINGFIELD (CBS) – The person who purchased a winning $1 million Powerball ticket in East Springfield nearly one year ago remains a mystery, and if they don't come forward by Monday they'll be out of luck.
On Sept. 26, 2015, a winning ticket was sold at American Legion Post 420 on East Street, but the prize has not yet been claimed.
The winning numbers were 23-31-42-50-57 on the ticket.
Whoever holds the winning ticket has until the close of business on Monday to claim their prize.
