NightSide - Violence In The Streets
BOSTON (CBS) - Protests erupted in Charlotte, North Carolina last night over the killing of a black man at the hands of police officers, despite the fact that the man was reportedly armed and refused to put down the gun. Protestors looted trucks, set fires, and injured sixteen police officers during the demonstrations. Protests are also going on in Tulsa, where a black man was shot and killed by a female police officer on Friday. Have we made it harder for police officers to do their job? How can we ease the friction between law enforcement and the community?
