Fantasy Football: Patriots Tight Ends Primed For Monster Seasons
BOSTON (CBS) -- The NFL is back, and so is fantasy football.
That means CBS Sports fantasy football expert Dave Richard will be back every week on 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich to pass along all the important information and tips for the week ahead. And while he's not confident in Jimmy Garoppolo or the Patriots' chances against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, he says there's no doubt that tight end Rob Gronkowski is going to be a fantasy beast this season. If you're in a weekly fantasy league, Gronk will be worth the hefty price tag.
"I don't know if there's anyone more exciting than Rob Gronkowski," said Richard. "I think he's going to have a monster year. I don't mind starting him with Jimmy."
The same can be said for Martellus Bennett, who should benefit greatly from having Gronkowski line up alongside him.
"Both are going to play a part and both are going to difficult for everyone to match up against, even the Cardinals. Both are going to be very exciting this season," said Richard.
