The only vice presidential debate between Sen. Tim Kaine and Gov. Mike Pence will take place on Oct. 4 at Longwood University in Virginia. It will be moderated by CBSN’s Elaine Quijano, who is the first anchor of a digital network to moderate a presidential debate.
