Report: Rob Gronkowski Returns To Patriots Practice Field
BOSTON (CBS) -- No. 87 is back ... on the practice field, at least.
After exiting practice last Monday and missing the subsequent practice sessions and preseason game, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski returned to practice on Wednesday.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the news on Wednesday afternoon.
The injury for Gronkowski was reported to not be serious at the time, and his swift return to practice indicates that the reports were likely accurate.
Gronkowski rarely plays in the preseason anyway, but the Patriots (and their fans ... and fantasy football participants) can at least check one concern off their list.
