Documentary On Cuba's Free Medical Scholarship Program

A new documentary called Community Doctors shows the health care system in Cuba works and that expensive technology isn't really the key! The film was created by Kunle Ekunkonye, a software engineer from Miami, Florida who visited Cuba and was very impressed with the efficiency of their quality healthcare system, which focuses on human-to-human interaction and communication. On this edition of Centro, we tell you about this film and a free medical scholarship that's being offered to students from around the world, who want to study medicine in Cuba. WBZ's Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks with Kunle Ekunkonye. Tune in!
