Boston Police said the pedestrians were hit just after 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Blue Hill Ave. and Seaver Street.
All three people are believed to have suffered non-life threatening injuries.
A 10-year-old girl and her 40-year-old father were hurt in the crash, along with a 22-year-old man in a wheelchair.
The father suffered severe head and facial injuries.
A family member told WBZ-TV's Louisa Moller that police believe the driver sped up to beat a red light and hit the group as they crossed the street toward the bus stop.
The driver stopped following the crash and was talking to police on scene.
