Republican VP Candidate Mike Pence Spotted Dining In North End

BOSTON (CBS) -- A crowd gathered outside of Mamma Maria in the North End Sunday evening after word got out that Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence was there having dinner.

The Indiana governor did not say why he was in Boston, but he reportedly was in town to spend time with his daughter who attends Northeastern University.

Pence returns to the campaign trail Monday.
