NightSide - Concerns Of Police Survivors

BOSTON (CBS) - Kim McCarthy lost her husband, Medfield Police Sgt. Daniel McCarthy, in 2000 when he was killed by a pick-up truck during a traffic detail. She is now the president of the New England chapter of Concerns Of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), an organization dedicated to providing support for those who lose a loved one in the line of duty. She joins Dan in the NightSide studio to give her perspective on the outbreak of recent cop killings and our nation's attitude towards the law enforcement community.
