Mazz Doesn't Want DeMarcus Cousins As Celtics' Star

BOSTON (CBS) -- Tony Massarotti has become notorious for being awfully selective when it comes to star players for the Celtics. Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins may be at the top of the list of players Mazz does not want to see in Celtics green.

The super-talented talented but mercurial Cousins has put up huge numbers in Sacramento. He averaged 26.9 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game last season. But so far in Cousins' career, his production has not translated into team wins and he has earned a reputation as a "coach-killer."

Still, Felger & Mazz wonder if Cousins is the "stronger center" the Celtics are targeting, according to team president Danny Ainge. Watch the video above to hear Felger & Mazz's thoughts on Cousins potentially joining Al Horford on the Celtics next year. Guess how Mazz feels?
