While a celebrity endorsement can seem like a great way to get a lot of new eyes looking at you and your product, the whole process can be very tricky to manage for a small business. Because celebrities are already successful individuals, they are often not swayed by the smaller amounts of money that a small business can afford to pay them to be involved.
