Jay Talking Travel: Greece Episode Six - Acropolis Of Athens

Having heard so much about the Acropolis Of Athens, one might expect that actually seeing it is anticlimactic. It's not. It is spectacular, especially at night. Watch the video and see. With a little research and a measure of luck, I was able to secure a hotel with a roof deck bar that is surprisingly close to the beautifully lit spectacle. The warm breezes, the local beer, the view, and the locals, all made for a magical couple of hours. As I may have mentioned, I had low expectations for Greece due the "Chicken Littles" on Trip Advisor and assorted "nattering nabobs of negativism." But Greece blew me away, and it is one of the few places I am looking forward to returning to.
