Phantom Gourmet: Creative Lobster Dishes

BOSTON (CBS) -- Lobster is popping up in all kinds of unexpected dishes around town, like "lobster pizza," lobster Rangoons, and lobster eggs Benedict.

The Franklin Oyster House in Portsmouth, New Hampshire serves three styles of lobster roll sliders, including a BLT, smothered in cilantro lime butter, and traditional New England.

The Loft in North Andover is well known for their lobster mac and cheese made with cavatappi pasta, fresh lobster meat, and a four-cheese blend.

The top-selling appetizer at Great Road Kitchen in Littleton is lobster and bacon guacamole.
