NightSide - North Carolina Sues The Department Of Justice

BOSTON (CBS) - After the Department of Justice declared the so-called "bathroom bill" in North Carolina a form of discrimination, the DOJ gave the state until the end of the day today to address the problem. The state of North Carolina has responded by suing the DOJ, calling the law a "common sense bodily privacy law." Andrew Beckwith, President of the Massachusetts Family Institute, sits down with Dan to explain why some people feel so strongly about this issue. Where do you stand?
