Mass. State Police Catch Dog They Say Was Loose For A Month
WORCESTER (CBS) -- Massachusetts State Police said they caught a dog Sunday morning that had been on the run for a month.
On Sunday morning, Mass. State Police said on their Facebook page that they set a trap and finally succeeded in catching the dog.
They said the dog had been loose in the area of Lincoln and Burncoat Streets. They said they received several calls from motorists about the loose dog, and had tried to catch her on several occasions.
The Worcester Police Deptartment's Animal Control division is holding the dog. State Police were asking the public to let them know who the owner was, so they could return her.
