Daily Talker: Traffic Lights In The Sidewalk For Smartphone Addicts

We've all seen it and many of us are probably guilty of doing it too. Walking with our eyes glued to our phones. Now one city is going to light the way. Augsburg, Germany, has installed traffic lights in the sidewalks. The rows of LED lights flash red to warn pedestrians too busy staring at their phones to stop. The lights have been installed at two train stops that serve a university. If successful, the entire city could get them. What do you think of this plan?
