NightSide - Brady's Suspension Reinstated
BOSTON (CBS) - Yesterday, an appeals court found that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell acted within his rights when he suspended Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for four games in an effort to protect "the integrity of the game." This reverses the previous decision that had struck down the suspension, allowing Brady to play the full season last year. Attorney Phil Tracy sits down with Dan to talk about the newest development, and any other potential legal action on this issue.
