The Golf Club: Golf Conditioning Tips To Improve Play, Lessen Pain For The Average Golfer

BOSTON (CBS) -- It's Week 2 of The Golf Club with Hardy, and with the weather finally starting to turn for the better, it's feeling more and more like golf season.

This week, it's time to get into golf shape with strength and conditioning coach and PGA member Kaitlyn Sharpless. While her training tips may not apply to everyone (especially Hardy), Kaitlyn's knowledge and enthusiasm is infectious and a must listen for anyone who wants to get the most out of their game.
