Scenes From The 120th Running Of The Boston Marathon

BOSTON (CBS) — The sun was shining throughout the course as thousands of runners took part in the 120th Boston Marathon.

Elite runners, participants running for charity, and wheelchair competitors alike took to the streets running from Hopkinton to Boylston Street on Monday.
